FAQs

1. How do I check the status of my Prinfox order?

You can choose one of the following ways we recommend to track your order:
- Option 1: Visit the Prinfox website's Track Order page and enter your order details to check.
- Option 2: From the order confirmation email, you may track your order. In the email footer, select the Manage or Track Order button.
- Option 3: You can find direct tracking links on the fulfillment email we sent when your product was shipped.
- Option 4: Check the status of your orders on Prinfox.com
If you have any questions or need detailed instructions, you can contact our Help Desk. In case you are unable to track your order, please check your Email and Order ID again or contact us for support.

2. What should I do when my order tracking status has not been updated?

Normally, tracking information can be updated within 5 to 7 business days for some of the following reasons:
- Your newly generated tracking number will be sent and it will take up to 7 business days to be updated as the website takes time to scan and update.
- Your shipment is in transit between the origin country and the destination country. Once the package is in the origin country, the tracking information will not be updated until the package reaches the destination country.
- It's possible that the package won't be scanned until it gets to the local hub close to the destination.
Also, please contact us if your tracking status is still not updated after more than 10 business days so we can quickly assist you immediately.

3. What does the total price include?

Your total payment = product prices + shipping fee + tax (if any)
In which:
- Shipping charges are calculated depending on the weight, destination or shipping distance of the order.
- Only the subtotals of the items are eligible for the discount code, not the total price.
- Only some countries impose taxes on certain items, but not all. If you need details, please visit Taxes - FAQ for more tax information.
- Therefore, after you enter your shipping address, the shipping fee and tax will be added later to the checkout page.

4. Will I be assessed taxes and customs fees?

Customs duties and charges are regulated by destination countries and taxes are generally applicable to some European countries. So it will depend on your shipping address.
- Regarding tax: Prices shown on our website do not yet include taxes; nevertheless, you will be made aware of the precise tax rate during your checkout, before submitting your order. Currently, VAT tax may be added to the receipt during checkout for European delivery addresses. It has been established that the regular VAT tax of 20% will be imposed on all sales transactions of goods or services that are not included in the other levels.
- About customs fees: It depends on the destination country of your order as this is only applicable in certain countries. Therefore, this fee will not be included when you pay as it is managed by Customs upon entry into your country. If there is a customs fee, your country's Customs Department will notify you.

5. How to get Prinfox discount code?

You can register on our website to get a discount code for your order. After successful registration, you will receive an email with this code from us.
Due to the high frequency of inquiries, emails with this code may take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive in your inbox.
So before the discount code is sent, please wait and check all your mailboxes, even spam folders before placing your order.

6. Why did I not receive the welcome discount code after subscribing?

Once your Prinfox registration confirmation email is sent, an email including a welcome code will be sent shortly thereafter. Please wait about 5-10 minutes to receive an email containing our discount code. If you have not received an email after this time, please:
- Check if your email address is correct.
- Due to the large number of subscribers, please wait about 15-20 minutes and double check your mailbox, including spam or other mailboxes.

7. What should I do if I want to change my shipping address or design after placing an order?

You can change your shipping address or design choice (size, color, quote, image, etc.) within the first 4 hours of placing your order, and you can do it on our website. You can view the instructions here.
To ensure that your design is fully edited, please contact us via live chat so we can check it out for you.
Please note that after 6 hours of the order being approved, any correction requests from the customer will no longer be allowed. Therefore, please check carefully before the order is approved and put into production.

8. How do I cancel my order?

You will have 4 hours to access your order to cancel it yourself or customize your designs.
After this period, the system will no longer allow you to perform operations on your order. Therefore, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us to receive support from us. We will support and confirm the order cancellation for you if it is still within the allowed time.

9. Where does Prinfox ship from?

We are a UK based business, US warehouse, customer support and R&D in Vietnam. All products are made in the US and have 5-10 days shipping time to give customers the best shopping experience.

10. Can I use expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping (or Express shipping) is very popular right now, however we're only using it for shipments to the UK, US, Canada and Australia. In order for customers to have the best service experience, in the near future, our team will definitely expand Express shipping to many other countries.

11. Why are my items shipped separately? And do I need to pay the shipping fee many times?

Your shipments are split for a variety of reasons, from manufacturing different products that are stored in different locations to having too many items and not being able to fit them all into a single box.
Rest assured, though, as you'll only be charged a single shipping fee for all items in your order at checkout. This means that the shipping fee is only charged for one product type and not for the other product categories in your order.
For each shipment in your order, you will receive a delivery notification. 5-7 working days after the first package is delivered, if the second package has not arrived, please contact us directly for assistance.

12. Can I exchange/return my order from Prinfox?

Return of goods is not yet covered in our policy. Therefore, you do not need to return the defective item received to request a refund or replacement.

13. Can I use multiple addresses on one order?

Unfortunately, only one shipping address will be used for each order delivered. Therefore, make separate orders if you want your products to be delivered to different addresses.

14. Is a receipt or gift card included with my package?

Receipts or gift cards cannot currently be included in a package. However, we will make sure to offer a selection of gift cards included with the package soon.
