We can ship your order worldwide, both domestically and internationally.

1. How long will it take for buyers to receive their order?

These are custom products and they are all created according to your requirements. So after your order is successfully placed and your order has been processed, we will immediately produce a product according to your requirements. The estimated delivery time a customer can expect to receive their product is 7-14 days after payment is completed and their order is processed.

Usually, once all payments are completed, your order will take 1-7 days to be produced and approved (depending on the type of product you purchase).

3. Production and Standard Delivery times

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.

  • - Production process includes the time for fulfilling orders based on your personalization, quality checking to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition and finally packaging. Since all items are made to order, a certain amount of time is required for production before sending them out to you.
  • - Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address.

Production and Shipping time varies depending on what types of items you purchase and the delivery location. Kindly note that this is the estimated time frame only:

- Once your order is successfully made and ready to be shipped out, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Kindly monitor your inbox to see your tracking number and you can follow the package all the way home.
- You can also proactively track your order status by logging into your account (or signing up if you haven't had an account yet) on our website and navigating to My Account > My order.
- With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Halloween or Christmas, production and delivery time might extend a few days longer. Our cut-off times should be publicly shown on our website. We do not guarantee the on time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after cut-off dates.
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
4. Some things to note:

- The above timeframes only apply to orders with standard or domestic shipping. For international orders and modification orders, it will take a few more days for your order to be delivered to you (Due to international orders must be censored by the customs).
- Please include the zip code plus 4 or 5 digits in your order shipping address if you want your orders delivered to a PO box.
- Most of your orders will arrive on time, except for the following:
+ Incorrect address (Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number)
+ Severe weather conditions
+ International customs procedures
+ Modification order
For personalized products, your information needs to be detailed, follow specific instructions and upload high-quality images (PNG or JPG format) to get the best quality product . Besides, thoroughly checking your information helps your order be delivered to you as quickly as possible, avoiding delays due to repeated editing.
If your order is delayed and you do not receive your package by the scheduled time as stated on our website (except in the cases above), please email us at [email protected] for us to process and refund your request.

5. Tax

Customs regulations vary greatly, and while some nations do not impose import taxes on shipments, others do. Since tax is not included in the price listed on our website, you might have to pay customs and taxes after receiving your item. Your local customs agency will decide what import taxes, tariffs, and related customs fees will be applied once your order reaches its final destination.

6. Track your order in transit:

We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order in transit. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, you will be able to track your order in transit. If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means the service provider has not processed your parcel.

7. Shipping unit

Once your package reaches the destination country, country carriers will employ regional carriers to deliver it. If this occurs, please get in touch with them or us to learn more precise details regarding your order.
